The former One Direction member took to Twitter to break the news, saying health and safety was the top priority.
“Which is why I unfortunately have to postpone all 2020 shows in South America, Mexico, Australia and New Zealand until further notice,” the post read.
“I really hope to play the shows as planned for 2021 but will continue to monitor the situation over the coming weeks and months. I can’t wait to see you all on the road as soon as it’s safe to do so.”

Ticketek said on Saturday the November-December tour was going ahead.
“The Harry Styles Australia & New Zealand tour is proceeding as planned and we are excited to welcome everyone to the events in November and December,” Ticketek wrote on Twitter.
“In the event of a cancellation, exchanges and refunds will be processed according to AU/NZ consumer law.”
Two days later, the agent updated fans, saying it took instructions from the tour promoters and was “urgently seeking clarification”.

A number of Aussie ticket holders vented their frustration on social media at the ticket agent after posting its initial tweet, which gave some fans false hope.
One fan wrote: “The fact that we’ve all accepted Harry’s Australian/NZ tour isn’t happening this year before the ticketing company has? Bold.”
Another said: “I’m expecting a reschedule but I have no idea why they’re taking forever to announce it.”
